Our contribution
In spring 2010 we set up a Windsor in the courtyard of Oberhofen Castle for exhibition purposes. This medieval tent fits perfectly into the scenery of the castle.
Because of the gravel pitch, we added ironwork to the anchoring.
Information about the customer
The romantic castle complex with its imposing medieval keep and the picturesque sea turret lies directly on the shores of Lake Thun.
Anyone walking through the exhibition rooms of the Living Museum will experience the ambiance of feudal Bernese living culture from the 16th to the 19th century in a lively way: you enter the elegant summer room and the neo-Gothic dining room, marvel at the armor in the knight's hall, and see yourself in a musical soirée in the music room moves and finally arrives, at a lofty height, in the oriental smoking room. The castle chapel with its extraordinary wall paintings from the late 15th century can still be used today for baptisms and weddings.
The Schlosspark, an English landscape park in miniature, offers a breathtaking view of the scenery of the Bernese Alps. The mild climate makes it one of the most beautiful gardens in the Alpine region.
