Zeltwelt and the corona crisis
We also feel the change in the current situation. Postponements shape everyday life and unfortunately a few orders have already been canceled. Nevertheless, we are still on the road for service work or tent deliveries for our customers. At the moment there are many existing customers that we serve. However, we are also experiencing an increasing interest in smaller tipis, which are especially bought for children. You live more consciously, live more day by day, slow down and look for creative activities to keep your hands and head busy. Our customers have never ordered so much tent fabric in such a short time!
We remain optimistic and have exciting projects that we can devote ourselves to under these circumstances, which would have more likely been left behind in a full season. So we stay active and continue to look for creative pursuits in the world of natural tents.
Taking into account the precautionary measures prescribed by the BAG, we can continue to sell, deliver and set up natural tents.
Important information:
- Viewing appointments in the exhibition are only possible upon registration or on request without our presence.
- We would be happy to advise risk groups in detail by telephone.
- Set-up appointments can be carried out provided that no more than 5 people are present and at a distance of 2 m.
- Appointments already made for customers who feel sick will be postponed. We too must be able to protect ourselves from infection!
The exhibition is therefore still open for visits, but our customer consultations only take place with registration and under the open sky. A distance of 2 m must also be maintained and no coffee or other drinks are served during the consultation. A consultation usually takes an hour, in order to keep the encounter as short as possible, we would be happy to send you the documents for the respective tent types in advance. We are grateful if the customers read in and inform themselves in advance.
Nature alone is the omnipresent strength from which we can draw at this time. She is the only one who can only benefit from this crisis. The gardens will bloom like never before and maybe we will soon have a natural tent in one or the other garden ...
